The price adds
a star to the rating, you are limited options on gear and there is durability
issues.
Ok, you will definitely get what you paid for, and for $ 97, ict worth it. Getting the red color for Almost $ 30 cheaper than the other 20+ Any of colors is a deal.
After being white white wheat to tweak a friends Exceed Dynamite for the last 2/3 weeks, I Took the plunge and purchased this this this thing (Infinitive). I am very familiar with the binding of the dogbones and what not so I did do a little grinding here and there, just need to bash this thing with the mind set of "yeah, dogbones can go flying if i do this / or That" etc.
So it arrived today, and Its definitely an upgrade from the Dynamite. Waterproof speed control, waterproof servo and a waterproof receiver (4 channels!). Metal and metal spur gear pinion, 64/17 (not plastic or brass). Tires are better than the "Super Swamper Bogger" look-a-likes as shown in the display peaks. They're Actually better quality, softer, and better dirt pattern. The motor Was also surprised its not the 540 can as advertised, goal 550 can, probably 27 or so turns, shocks Actually work out of the box (compression and rebound, They Could probably Some real heavy oil, gold changed the valves) .
The dogbone width is the same from one end to the other, not skinnier Reviews Reviews towards the ends like the past versions. The hub carriers are still plastic, So They shoulds be breaking soon.
Mods- Did not run the truck with the stock stuff strait goal Went to installing upgrades. Pro-line Stampede body (Chevrolet 2500HD), Castle Mamba Max Pro / 1406-4600, Savox 0252MG servo Venom 9.6v / 5000mah, shares Were already waiting to go in.
First run- So far it ran about 20 minutes we paved road (covered in dirt, super slippery), nothing major, Just Some stupid fast speed runs (about 50mph to be fair, flips and cartwheels), crazy donuts and fish tails. Hit a little rough dirt goal About About did not want to go flying units so Took it easy there. Will update as we progress, will do a tear down to see the wear point and figure it out how to keep it in one piece before going full bash status. I already know we wont be doing big jumps Any just yet.
Current thoughts- Well worth it, if your Actually HAS hobby'st and wont complain every step of the way, Then go for it. If you just want a bolt on, everything needs to fit, nothing ever break shoulds user, Then go with the mainstream companies (Sustainable And many more parts available) toy grade gold.
