That's my opinion on the hyperspeed Exceed RC. This buggy has now announced a beginner version, but I would not recommend it to anyone under 15 could certainly be even higher.

Advantages: I would like aluminum, but any Nitro car will have a lot of aluminum. This buggy is 4WD. The body is very pretty. It has many places that you can customize. It has a low center of gravity. It is so slow that you can not return.

Disadvantages: A poor and all the plastic parts are very fragile. It is slower than some vehicles only (35 mph). Only a 0.16 engine (it is the size of a thief). It does not resolve very well. Do not store parts in your hobby. Only no different parts warehouse. I had merger had a very bad problem of transmission / brake that you have failed to slow down, but I went a few transfers of $ 15 each (http: //www.ultimaterc.com/forums/att ... 1 & d = 1256431213).

I would say probably, do not buy as a beginner should an electric car first, then a final nitro on, but if you are a nitro enough to know that you want something faster than them, so I would not recommend, unless a novice real

An acquaintance of mine got one of these in the electric version. He saw us running on the track and wanted to get involved but real cheap (that can't happen).

In it's stock form it is very slow and the suspension is set up terribly.

We fixed the suspension issues just by putting some thicker shock oil in it and adjusting the placement of the shocks on the towers and arms.

As far as the power is concerned, trash the stock equipment and throw a brushless system in it, and like any other vehicle out there, you got a fast car.

Now I haven't seen if the drive train has bearings or bushing in it and so on. But I think the concept of a 1/10 scale 4wd buggy is awesome. Personally, I think it would kick the crap out of a Rustler or any other stadium truck for that matter just for the simple fact that it's 4wd.

Unfortunately, this guy really doesn't have any money to put in to this thing and will never be able to do the necessary upgrades to it.

This is bad I know, but I am hoping he gets discouraged and sells this thing off for pennies on the dollar. I'll then scoop it up and see what this thing is capable of. I know that's bad but I am just being real. If this ever happens I'll let you guys know.

I am curious why the "big" companies haven't made a 1/10 4wd buggy.
